Mr. Anand Kulkarni brings in an enriching journey of three-decades in the real estate arena. He has been the witness of the changing needs of the industry and preferences of the buyers in residential and commercial areas. His years of experience have been the guiding light for Kirik Enterprises, which will help them achieve newer heights of success.
Mr. Saurabh Kulkarni incorporated Kirik Enterprises as a partnership firm in 2015. He brings in a breeze of young enthusiasm and innovation. His futuristic approach coupled with the optimum use of modern technology, analysis of latest trends and impeccable management add value to the projects and ensure that each customer gets value for money. Mr. Saurabh steers our teams of experiences engineers & architects who are passionate about their work to strive to deliver every project with unparalled class.
Mr. Bhalchandra Narawane completed his civil engineering in 1982 from one of the most prestigious institutes in India – IIT BHU. He has extensive experience in industrial construction through his working experience with Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd. and Otis Elevator Co. (India) Ltd. in Mumbai and Nashik.
Mr. Bhalchandra Narawane contributes to investment related decisions through his enriched experience & valuable expertise.
Mr. Hemchandra Tendulkar is a 1980 Civil Engineering Graduate from Mumbai University. He comes with a strong engineering experience encompassing diverse projects ranging from building bridges and flyovers, to multistoried residential complexes in Mumbai. Hemchandra closely guides the construction project planning and execution activities of Kirik Enterprises.
Mr. Bhalchandra Narawane contributes to investment related decisions through his enriched experience & valuable expertise.
Mr. Samir Chaware is B.E. Civil from the University of Pune, F. I. V. He has over 26 years of industry experience in Project Contracting, Project Management and Execution and Constructed 7 lac+ square feet of residential and commercial projects in the Pune Metropolitan region.
